Anytime you are hit for 1/5th of your life or more, you take a natural hit recovery animation for the full duration of fps. Also, when 25 monsters are hitting you compared to one, all of those 25 monsters count on a separate fhr timer. Also, there is another consideration to take into effect as well. Blocking. Also on it's own field of recovery. That should help explain why you get "locked" into hit recovery while trying to cast a spell.

And also i think the amount of damage dealt to me in % have something to do with FHR. A Gloom in Act 3 keeps me from moving much longer compared to a Flayer's attack. Gloom's lighting dealt damage about 20% of my total hp, while Flayer only about 3-5%. Is that true? How does it work?

Is it possible to not get interrupted from doing something with high FHR? For example if i teleport with my sorceress trough different rooms of monsters, i dont know where monsters will be, sometimes i teleport into 10-20 monsters and they attack me and dont allow to teleport further. My sorc start casting teleport but cant finish it. So how much FHR do i need to be able to get away from 1 monster how much from 10 and how much from 20?(considering i wouldnt die from those attacks:) Maybe have 100k HP or something)

For the numbers infront of the FPS (frames persecond) these are the amounts in percentages of increased speed or hit recovery that you must have on your character (ie 20% FHR from Sandstorm Treks) in order for your FPS number to change. If you do not have the required % of speed or hit recovery for that breakpoint the FPS/speed of your character will remain at the higher number FPS and the lower % of speed or hit recovery breakpoint.Read the following post for more specific information about FPS.

Everything your character does in the game (teleport(FCR)get swung on by a skeleton warrior(FHR) or even running/walking(FRW) has a speed. This speed is meausred by frames. For example, when you have no faster cast rate at all your character moves slower in the process of casting a spell but add a Wizardspike and all of a sudden she/he cast the spell about 2-3x Faster. You with me? This is because there was less frames persecond during your spells when you used wizardspike, and more frames per second when you did not use the 50% *Faster Cast Rate dagger. Ergo this increased amount of FPS prolongs the speed at witch you cast a spell. Less frames per second *Increase the speed becuase you only use say 4 frames instead of 12 to cast your spell. I'm I getting through here?

The % is how much fhr you NEED to obtain the number next to it. (Lower the number the better)

The % is how many % faster hit recovery is needed to obtain the number to the right which are the frames per second.

hi, i need to know if FHR and FBR help in barb vs barb duel?
is it better to use 86% fhr than less ? is it better to use 20-30% fbr than nothing (but 75% block) ?
and last question :
if i got 40% fbr and the 4 frame = 42% , i will have 5 frame? or 4.3 something like that?
thx to all
