It's not better than Oath Balrog... First of all, Oath didn't exist back when this sword ruled.
Secondly, Oath can have up to 355 ed and always has 50 ias... even with a 40/15 in the other cbbq socket, Oath is better because of the extra mods.

That item can in theory drop on battle.net and get 2 sock at larzuk however odds for finding perf tyraels is ofcourse bigger. In 1.09 eth cbboq was the best barb weapon you could get that could actually drop legit.

There were several items like this - perfect magic items - in the end of 1.09, they were created and then glitched onto the realms

This is a possible sword to drop even now, the chances aren't very likely though. It's completely perfect =o.
And to the post under me
"Cruel Colossus blade of quickness with [[6 open socks]] and it was eth i put zod ohm ohm ohm ohm ohm"
6os isn't possible unless it's bugged.
